SIGCSE Bulletin inroads

The publication inroads (the SIGCSE Bulletin) is the
official quarterly publication of SIGCSE. The March and September
issues contain the proceedings of the SIGCSE Symposium and the
ITiCSE conference, respectively. The June and December issues
contain invited editorials, columns, contributed articles, reprints,
and announcements.
