ITiCSE announces awards first 25 years

ITiCSE announces the winners for the Top 5 in 25 Award. This award recognizes the top ITiCSE papers and working group reports over the first 25 years of the conference. Also announced was the Best Paper for the ITiCSE 2020 Conference which took place on June 17-18, 2020.
